Today, the search for talent has become an intensely competitive process, especially in niche fields such as artificial intelligence and data science. Turk Telekom’s “Key to the Future” AI Camp, launched with this vision, is a prestigious program where thousands of candidates compete fiercely to shape the future.
When selecting candidates for a camp with such high participation and demanding technical requirements, online exam securityis vital to ensuring transparency and creating a fair assessment environment. That is why Turk Telekom Development Hub chooses QProctor, a leader in exam security technologies.
Having candidates selected for the AI Camp assessed by “QProctor AI Proctor,” which is itself an AI, is perfectly aligned with the project’s vision.
In data analysis and algorithm exams taken simultaneously by thousands of technical talent candidates, a fair ranking pool is created with no freezing and 100% security.
Software, algorithm, or AI-focused assessments present different risks from standard multiple-choice tests. Candidates have a strong incentive to seek help from external sources (ChatGPT, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.).
QProctor’s top security and anti-cheating modules are deployed to address the camp’s dynamics and candidates’ high level of digital literacy.
Candidates are completely prevented from switching to another application, taking screenshots, or using dual monitors during the exam. The confidentiality of technical questions is protected.
Throughout the exam, AI records candidates moving away from the camera, another person looking at the screen, or other off-task behavior second by second, and assigns risk scores.
Because this is a highly prestigious camp, real-time facial recognition and liveness tests are used at exam entry to ensure that the person taking the exam is the same person who applied.
At the end of the exam, detailed violation reports containing each candidate’s exam behavior profile are provided to Turk Telekom’s Human Resources and technical teams, helping them make the right decisions.
The AI Camp candidate assessment process takes place in 4 smooth steps:
Candidates who apply through the Development Hub platform automatically receive instructions explaining that the assessment exam will be conducted using QProctor’s secure infrastructure.
Before the exam, candidates complete a preliminary step to test whether their cameras, microphones, and browsers are compatible with the system, eliminating the possibility of technical problems.
During the specified date range, candidates answer questions using a locked browser. In the background, the QProctor AI proctoring engine runs at full capacity to ensure a fair environment.
Candidates with high technical scores but suspicious activity reported by the AI proctor are filtered out, so only those who excel on their own merit are invited to the camp.
Evaluate proctoring, identity verification, environment analysis, and reporting workflows suited to your organization with the QProctor team.
