As QProctor, the Turk Telekom Cybersecurity Camp project, we successfully completed the online exam security and monitoring (proctoring) process for 2,000 candidates with zero security vulnerabilities. In a field where technical skills are critical, such as cybersecurity, candidates' assessment stages were managed end to end by QProctor secure exam infrastructure .
The preliminary selection and post-training final exams, attended by 2,000 candidates at the Turk Telekom Cybersecurity Camp, were completed seamlessly with QProctor's AI-powered secure exam infrastructure and proctoring software.
QProctor's pre-exam facial recognition activation, AI-powered liveness analysis during the exam (Liveness Detection), and real-time monitoring by human proctors ensured the highest levels of online exam security and academic integrity.
Conducting an online exam for a group of participants with the highest levels of technological awareness and hacker instincts, as is the case in cybersecurity, is a much more challenging process than a standard exam.
Our platform's most advanced features were deployed to ensure the operation ran seamlessly.
Before the exam, candidates installed the application on their computers and completed the activation steps. Secure access was ensured by matching candidates' IDs with their faces. During the exam, Liveness Detection provided real-time confirmation that the person in front of the camera was a real person and the correct candidate.
As soon as the exam began, candidates' computers were locked using the QProctor Lockdown feature . This feature allowed candidates to see only the exam screen, while completely disabling copy-and-paste operations, switching between tabs, and communication apps.
Our proctoring team monitored 2,000 candidates live. Candidates flagged as suspicious by AI analysis of their eye and facial movements appeared on the proctors' screens. Live warning messages were sent to the exam screens of candidates who did not follow the rules online exam security by our experts.
At the end of the exams, detailed reports containing candidates' correct and incorrect answers were generated. These reports identified weaknesses and areas for development across different subfields of cybersecurity, serving as an educational reference for candidates.
End-to-end online exam security enabling secure exam infrastructure the process was managed in five key steps with QProctor:
Candidates downloaded the QProctor application to their computers, completed identity verification, and finished activation.
Candidates were admitted to the exam after their identity match was verified using an AI security filter that detects depth and liveness at connection time.
Computers were switched to locked browser mode, and AI began analyzing the behavioral data of thousands of candidates simultaneously.
Our expert proctors monitored the system live and intervened in real time via the interface with candidates at risk of violating the rules.
After the preliminary selection results, candidates who completed the camp training took the final exam using the same system, demonstrating their training achievements with concrete data.
